Digger in baby jacket
Here he is after the dressing and trying to bite and chew his way out of the hood. I love how his arms are immobile. Like that kid in A Christmas Story

Here is my child bride playing with the clothes for the newborn on our dog digger. Pretty funny.
Oh man, it is great to see this sort of route in the al east. Oh man how sweet is it that the stankees took this hammering. 17 to 1 is completlely abismal. If I had better internet skills and keyboard skills I would look up when the last time the stienbreaner's were treated this badly. Big Papi I love you! I hope you hit another 4 runner tomorrow against Johnston or what ever his name is.
I don't feel like making many words about this other than we are home, my dog is happy and right there with me. Shawn took this shot due to my pleading. It is rare that I ask for a shot of me, I wanted one of me and diggs in the taxi. It was a 150 well spent. Real spent thanks to Alaska Air may they bankrupt in peace. Time for bed, by bye bi.
Hi from Spappy Jones.
Hope this fines you all very well. I am going back into hiding.

Well we made it home. I will not brag about the experience other than the ride we got to the Helena airport was excellent thanks Tom and Barb. Everything after that was crap. I don't mind flying I hate airports. Everything is such a hassle and you are at the mercy of underpaid and undertrained air industry personel. Bin Laden did a job on this industry.
Just got back from a quick trip downtown to run some errand and get some milkshakes at the parrot. Took some shots of the walking mall in the oldest part of downtown. There are some really good looking buildings that Gold built. I have started a photo set for this trip on flickr.
We took the dogs out for a more rugged walk today traversing some of the gultches around the BLM land. Montana has had a very wet spring and early summer. There is a lot of tall green grasses and wild flowers in bloom. My favorite were these Pink Thistles that were scattered around western flanking slopes.
Now that Digger is deeply in love with Clancy, the younger female lab in the house. He is always on the hunt for her. We rousted me around 5 am this morning and wouldn't leave the door. So I took him outside after he ran upstairs to look for Clancy. Once we came back in I roped him to a bannester to keep him from waking the house up.
Yesterday afternoon we were treated to a nice sun shower. There was some sideways rain coming down for a while then the clouds broke and the sun started beaming down like a Jerry Fallwell album.
My fav of this pix is the hot blondes. They are hotter than the double light refractions any day.
I went out with Tom on a 3.5 mile hike today with the dogs. Digger was off leash for the whole way and did really well. We came upon this awesome snag in the BLM land. There are some other shots up on flickr of the walk and the times out here in Big Sky.
This movie "March of the Penguins" is doing better per screen than many or should I say most of the hollywood movies. Sounds like a must see for anyone that has ever been in a tux.
Salon did a really nice review of the flick. ""March of the Penguins" is enough to make you hope there's no such thing as reincarnation: Human beings have it hard enough, but the life of the emperor penguin, one of strife, deprivation and against-all-odds adaptability in one of the most unforgiving corners of the earth, is far rougher. ""
We are having a big wet T-storm currently. Shawn and I were napping and a bolt hit so close it shook us out of bed. It was one of those flash booms. My eyes were closed but the white light filled my eyes. Very cool. Digger hid under the bed. this is his first big storm. It has been rumbling for about an hour. I attached this pix of a weird cloud off to the west right now. I am wondering if I should be concerned.
Here is a shot of the boys last week on the opening day of crab season. We did pretty well with 12 out of a possibility of 15 crabs. Had a outdoor crab bake that night in my back yard.
I don't feel like posting or I don't think about it. It is not anything to worry about it just happens. It doesn't feel like writers block which I had before my fifth published best seller. It feels more like I forgot to blog because I had more interesting things taking up my time like people and not time on the internet.
