We are having a big wet T-storm currently. Shawn and I were napping and a bolt hit so close it shook us out of bed. It was one of those flash booms. My eyes were closed but the white light filled my eyes. Very cool. Digger hid under the bed. this is his first big storm. It has been rumbling for about an hour. I attached this pix of a weird cloud off to the west right now. I am wondering if I should be concerned.

There was a strike near the house yesterday and the fire dept had to respond to put out the fire. A neighbor saw the hit. We hiked around this morning and saw the tree that was hit and the ground that was burnt. Then I came back and took a hot tub.
